    Good Monday Morning LC's!!

    Had a very busy low carb weekend. I didn't get the water in and will pay for that these few days but I ate on plan and feel good. Just when it looks like we might get some spring type weather they are talking about more snow here in Louisiana which sucks. Old man winter needs to go to bed.
    Well, I hope all of you have a blessed LC monday

    I know what you mean,we had some really pleasant days last week then last Thursday and yesterday we had snow.Its all melted away but today I took kids school after a weeks holiday and it was freezing.My hands ached it was that cold.I really hope winter passes by faster.

      Goooooooooood morning everyone! Last week before I go on vacation...One week in the Dominican Republic...All inclusive resort...I am starting to worry about the drinking because vacation usually = drinking tropical drinks , water is usually the hardest thing to get (and not necessarily the safest...don't feel like getting turista either !!!

        Hi, all. I am going back to clean induction for a few days. I haven't been feeling well and didn't keep a strict eye on my numbers. I got my water yesterday for the challenge. I am still @ 231. 1/2 lbs of loss... YEAH... Well maybe 1/2, my scale counts in increments of .5 lb.
        We are in this together.

          Here and on plan and down another 6/10ths of a pound, boy I hope this streak keeps up at least until I get to onderland. Have a great day all!

            Good Morning everybody!

            I've been off and on lately checking in, and I'm sorry. I've been sleeping in these past few days, and I've been getting off from work later at night, so that equals me not getting on here. But I'm still here and on plan. I'm finally at my first goal weight! Yes!

            So I have started rung 2! I think this one is going to be easier than rung 1. I figured out what my problem was. I was eating too many vegetables. While I was still eating the salad greens, dinner was my killer. I was eating 3 helpings of half plate servings. While sometimes nothing happened, when I paired those extra helpings with dense meats like beef, or a salty dish, I retained water. So I'm watching that!

            I didn't know this thread was started so I copied and pasted. I asked if someone could delete my post.

              Oops! Posted on wrong day!

              Good morning. I love my new mini-trampoline! I just bounce gently, but after a few hundred bounces, I really feel it. If anyone is thinking of getting one (mine was just $30 at Walmart), it doesn't have a weight limit on the box, but inside it says 250lbs.

              Had a good weekend. Went out to a buffet place and a cub scout dinner and managed quite well with the food.

                I'm here. Had a "B" weekend. Won't give myself an "A" because I had nibbles here and there of things I shouldn't have!! I'm really getting snacky in the evenings. I'm going to cut up some celery and zucchini to have handy. Looking forward to a week when things finally turn around for me!

                  Hi Friends. Here & staying on plan even though I gained a pound last week after moving up a rung. I did lose another belt notch, so I am not sweating it and figured I give it a couple more days and see how it goes.

                        Happy Monday!

                        I'm getting back with my ex-fiance and we're jumping back in right where we left off and want to get married within the year

                        So, I'm excited for that

                        And, I'm still doing great on this WOE.
                        I'm not weighing myself until lent is over though, but I feel thinner, and that's all that matters, and I'm in ketosis, and I've been going to the gym! Super excited...

                          I am on plan, although a little short on veggies for this point in the day. I'll catch up at supper though. I met with the personal trainer at lunch today. I have to meet with him again next monday to get my workout plan. I'm actually excited about this!
