    Good morning STACer's!

    Hoping you all have a wonderful day. Eat well, drink plenty of H20, exercise & be kind to yourself.

    We are preparing for a big snowstorm so I'll go to the grocery store today & stock up on supplies.

    Mornin', Oz!! I'm here. I'm on plan...yada, yada, yada..... Just feelin' a little pressure to go repeat yesterday all over again....UGH! Is it almost Friday? Heck, I'll take Thursday!!

      I hear ya Everlosing! I thought Monday was gonna kick my butt. Well, I have to share this because I haven't had this in a while. I actually felt like I needed to weigh again yesterday morning because I felt lighter LOL. Well, it was true. I lost 3lbs! I guess Friday when I weighed I mustve been retaining water or something. I'll take it! I made Linda's MEXICAN SPINACH & HAMBURGER CASSEROLE II
      It was gooood.

        I'm here, went off the boat last night becuase I went on a date and yeah... the food proved to be too tempting...

        I have to eat at home until I get over my temptations.
        I woke up SOOOO puffy and retaining water, I swear I went up two pant sizes from one meal...

                I'm here..busy busy working...not moving enough...but eating well and drinking lots of water. I wanted to reach mini goal before leaving on vacation, but I don't think I'll lose another 2.5lbs by sunday morning...my body just doesn't work that fast Anywho...I will keep doing my best until I leave and pray for strenght while I am away...

                  I'm here, back after a few weeks astray. Oddly enough, I made it fine through the holidays and then when new years hit it was like OMG I made it! And then I fell off the wagon.

                    Here and on plan, just restocked my kitchen with all kinds of good foods. I always feel so much more relaxed about this way of eating when I know the kitchen is well stocked.
                    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
                    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
                    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
                    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

                    Current Mini Goals:
                    1) 35 pounds lost
                    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
                    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

                      Technically it is Wednesday here but am still up instead of up again. I will do tomorrow "today" maybe at lunch or after dinner. Had a snow day today. I left for work this morning and it was sleeting. There was a wreak on the way to work, traffic totally stopped and cops turning people around. I called in to say I was going to be late from going around. My boss said stay home because he would be gone before I could get there. So he was not able to brief me on the next project. I worked around the house. I kind of lost track of time and here it is half past midnight. Well night, night.
