Hi, all!
So, like many of you here, I was once incredibly successful on Atkins, only to let down my guard and gain everything back...and then some.
When I was in college, I lost over 40 lbs. on Atkins and was within spitting distance of my goal weight. In the nearly five years since then, I've ballooned to a high weight of 262 on a 5'6'' frame, and have become increasingly miserable.
However, I've finally gotten to a breaking point and am ready to change my eating habits for the better, and for good. I'm inspired by all of the support I've seen from the members on this board, and I know I can do this with ADBB at my side.
To kick things off, can you second-timers give me some of your best advice for success? Thanks!
