    Good Morning, It's cold and nasty here. On plan and feeling good. I just wish I could get rid of this sinus congestion. We have the flu spreading around here again. I just pray the kids don't get it. I hope you all have an awesome blessed LC Day

    Here on plan and down another pound!!!! I just love the weeks that the scale moves, but it is so hard when it doesn't move for two whole months. Have a great day all!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

        Good morning all,
        My names Danielle and i'm from So Cal.
        Haven't been here or doing Atkins in forever so todays my first day doing both.
        Looking forward to meeting everyone and having success the second or in my case I think third time around after successful losing 60 pounds on Atkins a few years ago and then even more successfully gaining it all back and then some!

          I'm here and on plan. Breakfast was a fantastic omelet with prosciutto and mozzarella and a cup of tea. I'm also going to try out Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred DVD for the first time. I hear it's intense.

              Good morning. I am working my way back to goal and would love to be able to check in with you all everyday.

              Danielle - Southern California? it has to be nicer there that here. I am at the Indiana/Michigan boarder and it is flipping freezing!

              Hyperbole - If you tackle that video, please let us know how it goes. I think I am scared of that woman!

              Barb - Every day you see the scale creep down is a great day, isn't it? I am more about size than pounds, but I still weigh everyday and it ALWAYS makes me smile to see a loss. Good job!

                  I started over on a clean induction a few days ago and yesterday I blew it. Had a snow day off from work and nibbled this and that then had an amaizing soup for dinner (pork roast, onion, green bean, yellow squash). When I counted it all up it was ~28 carbs. Not real bad but not an induction carb count. I am starting over today. Planning helps. Packing my lunch in measured portions helps. Yesterday I didn't eat the lunch I packed. Sigh... I liked my snow day and got a lot done around the house.
