    Good morning sleepy heads!

    I am so sick, but I wanted to post quickly that I am here, on plan, but sick as a dog. I woke up this morning to a sore throat among things.

    I am hoping that my diminished appetite will return because I have NO desire to eat at all when I am sick like this. I mean not even the: "you need to eat a little something" need to eat. I hope everybody is doing a lot better than I am!

    Restarting Atkins: 12/28/2009

    My mini is to lose 10lbs. Done 2/22/10
    Lose 7lbs is my next goal. Done 4/07/10
    Lose 5lbs is my next goal. Done 4/17/10
    Get to 149.

    Completed Challenges:
    Weigh? No Way Challenge, Squat Challenge, Abs
    Read the book challenge: 10/12/08

    Restarted Dr Atkins Diet January 2 2010.
    Next mini goal is to get under 300 lbs. Done! 3/8/10
    Next mini goal is to make it three months without alcohol. Started 1/1/10 Done!
    Next mini weight goal is 289. Done! 4/4/10
    Next mini goal is 278 -50 Lbs
    Eventually, I'd like to join the century club.

      Had a busy day, but I'm here and on plan and sporting a pair of jeans that I bought about 3 months ago that were too tight. I've been trying them on every couple of weeks, and today was the day they finally fit
      1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
      2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
      3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
      Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

      Current Mini Goals:
      1) 35 pounds lost
      2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
      3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

        Hope you feel better.
        I am starting the diet tomorrow fresh and Im so excited that I cant wait for Sunday.

            Great job on the jeans. Those are the things that motivate and inspire!!

            1st goal: 139 (earlier weight)
            what the rungs mean to me:
            rung 1 - more veggies
            rung 2 - dairy (some milk in coffee)
            rung 3 - seeds, nuts (mostly sprinkled on salads)
            rung 4 - berries, melon
            rung 5 - wine -
            rung 6 - beans, hummus
            rung 7 - other fruits
            rung 8 - carrots/ potatoes (nah, prolly not)
            rung 9 - whole grains (fresh Dutch breads...)
            Major Goal - 128 lbs/ healthy range
            (on to pre-maintenance)
