    Wow its 1:31pm cst and no one started this thread or it's hiding. Sorry if it's there. How is everyone? Pretty good here except really waiting for warmer weather again. I put on a pair of pants today there were loose YAY.

    Congrats on the loose pants

    I'm here and on plan, up a little tiny bit, but nothing concerning, I think it was too much salt from sunflower seeds and too little water, I'll try to remedy that today. Have a great day!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

      Hey guys, checking in. I'm sticking to rung 2 for a few weeks. I have just been feeling horrible, so I haven't really been eating any dairy or cream because of my nasty cold. It's really hard to eat and nothing tastes good at all except water. I can't wait for this cold to go away!
