Hello!
I joined the board a year ago and lost 45 lbs in 3 months and then I went off plan and have been struggling all year to get back on track. I gained all the weight back and I am here for my second time around. I just can't seem to make it thru a single day of induction. But I am not going to give up. I keep reminding myself how good I felt when I lost and how my cholesterol and triglycerides went down. I am headed to the grocery store first thing tmrw and getting my kitchen and pantry well stocked for my low carb journey.

I got my shopping done and I got lots of great stuff. I was surfing the web again last night for some great recipes as well. Got lots of good spices and found great low carb crock pot recipes! I will be making a few batches of oopsie rolls tonight. Love those things. They make great egg sandwiches and BLT's too. And then I am throwing a roast in the crock pot and then a whole chicken...I have a foodsaver and I will vacuum pack pre-cooked meats so I won't have an excuse to say "I don't feel like cooking a low carb dinner tonite." I didn't weigh in this morning, and I haven't really eaten anything accept scrambled eggs. So I will weigh myself in the morning and call that my official start date. Now, that doesn't mean I am going to carb out today, NO WAY
