    Hi all.
    It is noon thirty here. I'm sitting at my desk eating a salad. I tested last night and am not in ketosis. I am going back on induction. I have been saying that I will start tomorrow. Now "tomorrow" has finally come.
    We are in this together.

    210, 200 ~start 1st, 190 ~end Aug'08, 180, 170 ~end Sep'05, 160, 150, 140 100# gone, 135 ? "acceptable" BMI
    Ultimate Goal = To feel good in my own skin. I'll know when I get there. It might be before or after 140 lb.

    Im also on day 3 induction and down 3lbs.All the best to you too!

        sorry - forgot to check in earlier. Busy day at work, here and on plan. Eating very well and got some Wii Fit in after work - my Wii Fit age - 30 woo hoo!

          1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
          2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
          3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
          Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

              Good evening everyone! I finally weighed myself this morning. I will be measuring as soon as I can get me a tape measure and I am looking into getting a more accurate scale soon too. I am cooking a whole herb chicken in the crock pot right now and the smell is wonderful can't wait to have some for lunch tmrw. I am off to re-reading DANDR

                Hey everyone. I went to the doctor today and I have strep throat. Ugh. My throat is a mess, and I have to take penicillin, something to relieve my allergies in the morning I think it's Claritin, and I have to take Lidocaine. I have been drinking my water, but I haven't been eating Atkins approved foods. My throat hurts so I have been drinking broth. So not on plan but not eating carbs either. I miss eating real food. The doc said I should be feeling better in about three days, but I can't talk worth a peep. It's hard not being able to talk!
