  • Thursday March 4~~Roll Call

    I'm keeping things simple & just focusing on today. So my goals for today are to eat clean & to use my treadmill. One day at a time works for me!

    I hope everyone has a fantastic day. For those of you who were feeling under the weather yesterday I hope today is a better day. Remember to be kind to yourself!

    Good morning. Still here. Still on track. But I'm sick. Either a cold or allergies, but either way, I feel horrible. Down .5lbs.

      Good morning! On track and sore from doing Jillian's 30-Day Shred for the past three days. Today's workout is going to be ridiculous.

        Good morning, Glenda! My goals are the same as yours, keep it simple and focus on the prize because unless we have a clear vision of where we want to go, we won't get there.

          1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
          2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
          3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
          Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

          1) 35 pounds lost
          2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
          3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

                Here and on plan. inductioning and my keto strips are starting to turn pink again. Yeah.... Working hard. I am banking overtime this week. I'm looking forward to that pay day.

                  Restarted Dr Atkins Diet January 2 2010.
                  Next mini goal is to get under 300 lbs. Done! 3/8/10
                  Next mini goal is to make it three months without alcohol. Started 1/1/10 Done!
                  Next mini weight goal is 289. Done! 4/4/10
                  Next mini goal is 278 -50 Lbs
                  Eventually, I'd like to join the century club.

                    Hello All,
                    First week of redoing induction is over and I lost 8 pounds. Yay me!! I've been doing about 35 minutes on the eliptical every other day for the last week and am going to step it up to 45 minutes this next week.

                    Current Weight 276
                    Mini Goal 270 by April 30 Six pounds to go!!
                    Goal Weight 165 111 pounds to go

                      Hey guys! It's been a long night. My throat is still hurting so I'm sticking to the broth. Hopefully tomorrow will be different. I want to eat some real food. I'm down a lb. So that puts me at 165! Slowly going down!
