    Hello All-
    I just wanted to pop-in and give some positive news. After seriously inquiring within I have developed a new philosopy on things. I have read DANDR again oh and one more time.... I understand things better and I am giving it my all.

    I have ditched the scale and decided it is not about the weight. I will weigh in monthly and give my body time to adjust to the new programming it is under. I feel better and internally know this is right for me. I have been hitting the gym 3-4 days a week and have made healthy living a priority. If I lose weight (which I am sure I will as my pants are getting bigger everyday) then great but I will also settle for little to know health problems, longer life and over all better quality of life.

    This is really a first for me and these thoughts have set me free but it is also a scary insight to adopt. I now really have no excuses, no crutches and my options are endless.

    Thank you for all of your support and assistance. I have a long road ahead but know it is possible.

      Losing weight, changing your life... it is simple not EASY! You have found a great attitude, embrace it. Anyone telling you there is an "easy way" to loose weight is selling something! Don't buy it. If you do the work you will reap the rewards. Can't wait to follow your progress!
