I just wanted to pop-in and give some positive news. After seriously inquiring within I have developed a new philosopy on things. I have read DANDR again oh and one more time....
I understand things better and I am giving it my all.
I have ditched the scale and decided it is not about the weight. I will weigh in monthly and give my body time to adjust to the new programming it is under. I feel better and internally know this is right for me. I have been hitting the gym 3-4 days a week and have made healthy living a priority. If I lose weight (which I am sure I will as my pants are getting bigger everyday) then great but I will also settle for little to know health problems, longer life and over all better quality of life.
This is really a first for me and these thoughts have set me free but it is also a scary insight to adopt. I now really have no excuses, no crutches and my options are endless.
