Well, somewhat frustrated that I hit 369 in week #5 and have been gaining/losing 4 - 5 lbs ever since ... today I am at 370.8 ... but this situation is not totally unexplained ... some observations ... again, net carbs just seem to be too high for me ... just counting plain old carbs this week got me down 2 lbs. this week ... also, wine stalls me but hard liquor seems to be tolerable as I even lose if I have 1 or 2 weekend martinis ... cheese is absolutley a "treat" as it stalls me (not happy about this as i LOVE cheese) ... plus, exercise has to be a regular habit, without it I struggle ... oh and water has to be a habit every single day ... that's it ! - till next time
