    Hello all...

    I have been wondering how to begin again and feeling so ashamed of myself, but here I am. Second time around! My brief summary goes like this: I lost quite a bit of weight last time (about 30 pounds in total, even though I went up and down). I have gained all of that back, plus some. I became so relaxed because I was losing. (there were other issues as well, but I won't get into that).

    I love this place. I love the support, the people, the advice, the facts, the stories, the genuine kindess of everyone. I am back. I need to change my stats and such on my signature (I barely remember how to do anything!) but I will get there. I just wanted to make myself accountable here and say that tomorrow will be my 'official' start day, but today is my 'prep like crazy, admit you've done wrong and plan for the best' day. I don't know many of you, but thank you to everyone for the support already. I'll do my best to be here for you, too. My access to a computer is a bit limited, but I'll check in as much as I can. Best of luck to you all.

    First mini goal... lose 20 pounds... and go brunette! Made the change from blonde to brown - 4/19/09!
