    Good morning STACer's. Spring is in the air here in VT. I have a sense of renewal & hope! Today is day 5 of clean eating for me & I feel good.

    Good morning! Yea spring is in the air here too. The only down side is that we went from cold to MUGGY over night. I have been freezing in the evenings and last night I had to take a shower to cool off. YUCK. Thats Lowsianna for you. Anyway on plan and still playing with my numbers (cals, protein, fat,) Hoping I see something soon. This yo yo 3lbs is making me dizzy and I am so dang bloated but have been struggling with the water thing. I drank all my water monday and woke up Tuesday so bloated my rings wouldn't budge. I think I have abused my kidneys LOL. Anyway I am not giving up!

      Greetings from windy, overcast South Florida!

      Today is day three of induction for me, and so far so good. I am determined to have a clean induction this time around! The cravings are starting to hit pretty bad right now, plus I have the caffeine-withdrawal headache; but I just have to keep reminding myself that it's all going to be worth it in the end!

        Hi, I am doing well and on track. I have forgotten to weigh on monday again and each day since. I think I will let it ride till next monday.

          Afternoon! Kicking the fat to the curb. I can't wait to greet spring close to goal and to start my summer with a fit bod! It was 64* yesterday in Indiana, it is going to turn back cold through over the weekend.

            Good afternoon! Frustrated here on my end but nothing I can't handle. TOM has popped in and it's kicking my butt this month. I gave in to chocolate yesterday and I am trying not to get down on myself to hard about it. Just taking it easy till the horrible cramping goes away [tried going for my walk this morning and they were awful]. Should be back to my ole' self in a few days

              I had three clean days under my belt and then the badness found me last night and I consciously actively said ok I'll have the little lemon tarts and the banana nut muffins and of course I felt like crap afterwards. So today is a new day and I stayed on plan. Tomorrow I am going to try to get in a 2 mile walk at the park, I'll see what the temp and the wind is like, it has been a really cold wind blowing here lately.

                I'm here and on plan. Suppose to be a nice warm weekend here in Southern California. I'm looking forward to it....even if I do have to work.

                Those of you on the slippery slope of veering of the plan, remember there are "legal" ways to curb those urges. Being prepared for them when they come along is the key.
