    Hello everyone hoping to jump back into the group now I have restarted induction. I have now relocated back to my mum's to look after her till she has her op [brain tumor]. Now I am all settled and things are back to normal...or as close as they are gunna get lol...I have begun my road to health & happiness again. I started Saturday & have lost 2.5lb already my blood sugars have come right down [Type 2 diabetese] & feeling much better already.
    So here I is ready for the journey & looking forward to my destination.

      Glad to see you back Wendy and taking care of your health
      I have begun my road to health & happiness again.
      . I'm sorry to hear about your Mom, but you need to take care of yourself in order to help her.
