      We have a gorgeous sunny day here too. I couldn't get to the gym this morning but took a 30 minute walk here at home.
      I was a little disappointed yesterday. I weighed myself for the week and I only lost 1.5 pounds in a week. I thought for sure it would be like 3 or 4.
      I did have my monthly visitor last week so maybe thats why.

        Good afternoon STACer's. Here & doing what I need to do! TOM is banging on the door & ready to kick it in. I'm ready to blow up I'm so bloated. I expect the Oompa Loompa's to show up any time.

        Rebel~1.5# in a week is reason to jump up & down with joy. Saying only in front of it sounds like that isn't good enough. Reason to celebrate in my book.

            Trying to enjoy the sunny day and surfing the web for a new scale. Off to a not so great day though. I woke up to a phone call telling me my uncle had passed away He fought long and hard with cancer and I am so tired of cancer winning. I am doing good with my eating and getting in my water.

              Here on day 6 of induction and getting ready to go to work (night shift). After today I'll have 4 glorious days off in a row! Yay. If the weather cooperates I might take the ferry boat down to Key West!

                Morning all....Firstly sorry to hear about your uncle Tutti...My mum is battling a brain tumor at moment after surviving 2 bouts of bowl cancer it really doesn't seem fair I know.
                I have a problem I hope you can help me with. This is day 4 induction for me & I am just not hungry. I mean it is 10am here & I haven't had any brekky yet I am just not one bit hungry & just the thought of eating makes me feel sick in my tummy. So what's the cure lol how do I get food into me when I feel like this? Is it something that will pass I don't remember feeling like this last time.
                Drinking well over 100oz. of water easily every day enjoy my dinners but brekky is a real problem at the moment.
                Apart from that things are great so hope everyone has a great low carb day.
