    Good morning STACer's!
    TGIF! It has been a long week! I'm glad the weekend starts at 3:30 pm for me!

    Here and on plan, actually have been on plan all week, just too busy to post. Went on a field trip with my daughter's second grade class yesterday to the Smithsonium, must have walked 10 miles, but the scale finally moved again down 4/10th's YAY! Have a great day all.
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      Good Morning STACer's. I'm eating my cheesy veggie egg scramble to start my day. I have a busy weekend planned that will keep me away from home but will pack my food because there will be a lot of carbs around me.

        I'm here and eating on plan but not getting enough exercise (arthritis pains) and not drinking enough water (Indigestion from meds).

        Ironically I'm down a couple of more pounds. Aren't scales the weirdest thing? Yesterday morning I jumped on the scale first thing ~ 295.8, then around noon it read 296.8 (whatever). The day before at the Dr's it read 302 (different scale and fully clothed).This morning when I jumped on it it read 293.2 ~ so I'm going with that.

          Beautiful sunshine day on plan! On the way out the door to do some more weeding (they're everywhere !!!) Might take a lap around the acreage while I'm at it

            I am at work today, only enjoyed one hour of sunshine and warmth. I can't wait until 5 o'clock.

              Today so far is proving to be a better day than yesterday but, and that's a big but, I didn't totally blow it yesterday, just one meal. I know I can and will do better.

                Scales are evil. At least mine is (this is me with my scale)

                  Hello. I would love to join this as I'm a second time rounder (or 3rd or 4th *blush*). Started AGAIN on Monday and been 100% on induction all week and feeling fabulous today. How does it work - is there a different thread every morning?? Thanks and hope you all have a great weekend.
