  • Saturday 3/20 Roll Call

    Good morning STACer's! Well it is official~Spring has sprung! Yesterday when I got home I spotted crocuses! I of course had to go inspect them & make sure it wasn't a cruel joke~~like someone was going to randomly put fake flowers on the lawn.

    Have a fantastic low carb day. Enjoy the beauty of the day & remember to be kind to yourself!

    Happy Spring! I'm here and on plan, didn't make my below 200 goal by first of spring, pfft. Got some housework to to, then going to fly kites with my daughter, and then grabbing the boys to go check on two of our geocaches that have gotten recent dnf's, then we are firing up the grill for the first time this year. Have a great day all!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      Next mini goal is 278 -50 Lbs
      Eventually, I'd like to join the century club.

          Here and on plan. Need something to keep my mind off my stomach today. It has been a really busy day sledding and 4 wheeler riding...so I am off to find a snack....some kind of meat with fat to tide me over.

            Hey guys, I am still here, but I probably won't be able to check on as much. My hours at work have just started to get long, so I'll be at work more than at home. I am still on plan though. I'm thinking of moving to the next rung. I must say this is the farthest I've gotten on Atkins! Atkins is so much easier with the book. My cousin started and I told her to get the 2002 edition, and not Atkins essentials. I don't want to noshing on those Atkins bars. She tried to do a loose Atkins but she gave up.

            All she was doing was eating cheeseburgers without the bun, hot dogs without the buns. So she got bored and quit. So I hope she will discover that she can eat a different variety of foods. If she realizes that I think she'll stick with it!
