    Good afternoon STACer's!

    My morning started in a panic as it was spitting snow~~. DH took me out to breakfast & I had a spectacular omelet. We have our chores done & now it is time to relax.

    Here and on plan but I'm freezing. Been running to the ball park a lot and haven't been eating my veggies. I haven't been eating much of anything unless it's meat. I know very very bad. I haven't figured out the running and having my foods ready. I don't eat raw veggies. Whats the use if you gag? I don't eat eggs unless they are in a recipe. gagging. Just driving myself crazy here. I am gonna go find some recipes so I can have my lunches made for the week.

      Hello. I'm here! Went out for lunch today with the whole of my family, as in my husband - children and my parents too .....as it's our 25th Wedding Anniversary on Tuesday....and I stayed 100% on plan! Great. Tonight though - I was just sitting down to watch some TV and .......felt like sitting down with hubby and a nice pint of ice cold beer. I was almost there - bending down into the fridge to get one.....and somehow got willpower from who knows where and STOPPED. Currently sitting reading these forums instead and have a pint of ice cold water. Day 7 almost done and dusted and I am feeling very positive and best of all - I JUST LOVE knowing that there are some of you out there, doing exactly the same as me and also working through every day temptations (and challenges) to get to a goal. So nice knowing you are all out there too

        great job on stopping yourself. I have had a couple of moments in the past 3 & 1/2 months that were like I had a double personality LOL. My weakness is fried chicken from popeyes. I have literally drove almost all the way there once and passed it up and went and got legal foods. It's hard. I don't want to pull the skin off LOL. Anyway, haven't given in and I won't. I just wish I loved veggies more. It would make this so much easier.

          Here and on plan. Just got back from about a 2 hour paddle around a local lake, first time out this year, it felt good. Tried to focus on using my adbominal muscles rather than my biceps, got a little burn in the abs from it, so hopefully that's a good thing. Have a great day all!

            Just came in from yard chores as it started drizzling/spitting outside. I'm on plan and loving this WOL.
            MAY 2010 Challenges

            I weigh once a week, Mondays !

              Still on target staying true. I even managed to find legal foods at the conference/seminar I went to on the week-end (Fri and Sat).
