    Gooooooooooood morning everyone! It is bright and sunny here, but -10 celsius...but who cares, the sun is streaming through my patio doors and I feel great! I have been SO on plan, even when I went out to eat on monday!!! (pats herself on back).

      Had to do conversion research for this one!!! It is 14 degrees fahrenheit this morning and bright bright sun!...it was 50F yesterday, but hey...It's only March...And it's good for the maple trees (for those who will be indulging in all kinds of maple goodies!!!)

        Good Morning STACer's! I've beeen to the gym already today. On plan and getting ready for my day. Gloomy here in Cali but it will burn off later. Typical spring weather and I love it.

          Ugh. Wish I felt as great as you guys this morning. I'm really down today. Part of it is lack of sleep, I'm sure. Had a horrible nights sleep....woke up at 2:30 am and couldn't fall back asleep until right before my husbands alarm went off. I feel horrible. I'll likely end up cutting my day short to catch up on sleep.
          AND I'm down cause I feel like my body is just not doing anything. The scale has done nothing but go up since my 'restart' on Tuesday. And it has me scared. I know I'm only on day 4 but wish I would see at least my weight stay the same instead of go up. I can't think of anything major that I've done wrong except for a few nibbles of things I shouldn't have and not getting exactly 64 oz in. But maybe that is making the difference. Would think that would make me stay the same instead of gain, though. Not close to TOM or anything.

            Hey Lindsay, you definitely need to rest because they say lack of sleep is a factor in weight gain (like we needed something else!). As far as the gain, maybe you've been taking in too much sodium? That stuff is as sneaky as sugar!!!

              Hi all, looking forward to the weekend (mostly). Have date night tonight w/ DH and another couple. On the worried side about which restaurant they'll pick. Need to be sure to eat a late snack in case I need to nibble side salad at supper What do you do in cases like these?

              Otherwise, had a good walk before lunch and am now thinking of a nap. (one of the pleasures of working for myself, although it means I'll need to put in a bit of work tomorrow, too. Oh well, naps are worth it!)

              Wish me luck on tonight's outing.
