Good morning Glenda and all! I'm here and on plan, finally hit 32 pounds lost so I get to move up to Rung 4 today (I move up a rung for every 8 pound loss). So off to re-read what all kind of goodies I get to start trying, seems like a perfect time to hit rung 4 with the spring growing season just kicking off. Have a great day all!
1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight (Next pic at 187)

3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series
Morning everyone. I haven't been checking in as much, but I am here and on plan. I'm up 1.5 lbs, but that is because I'm using a progesterone cream that makes me retain a bit of water, and I had something salty for dinner.
I'm going to move to rung 4 tomorrow. I know I wanted to do it at 159, but I think I can handle it. If not, I'll stay at rung 4 for a bit longer than I have the other phases. It's funny because I spent a lot of time at Rung 1, but not as much in phase 2 and 3.
I just tried on a pair of size 8's (they are the same size as my size 10 pants I bought 8 years ago), they zip up but I have a bit of a muffin top, so I'm going to keep up with the running (seems the up and down running helps move the jiggly stomach) and see if I can shave off the 2-3 inches that would let me fit into the pants again!

Same here been very busy. Still struggling with veggies. So wish I liked them. Eggs too. I am envious of everyone that loves eggs and veggies. If I can't smother them with something or hide them in something then I can't eat them unless it's green beans, broccoli (buttered, or with cheese) or brussel sprouts (buttered, or with cheese) then I have to really get creative to stomach them. It's a daily struggle.

Raw veggies, that's the way I like most of them! Raw cauliflower and broccoli with some ranch dressing!
