    Good morning STACer's! I'm here on plan and lovin Onederland
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      You made it!!! Bravo! I am so happy for you...Gloomy rainy day here in Quebec, but that's ok...it's going to be a short week with Easter and all...and they're announcing beautiful weather for the weekend!

        Good Morning STACer's! I had a stressful day yesterday but didn't turn to food to try to feel better. That's something new for me.

        This is my second week on induction and the scale has been kind to me. I'm thinking I'll need to move up next week.

                  just came back from taking my mother to the doctor so I haven't had time to go off plan today. Now Dr. Suess family fun night over at the school tonight. Dr. Suess was Atkins friendly, no toast with this green eggs and ham!
                  male/35/295/250/175? Weight loss is no longer my primary goal. Getting to the point where I no longer feel like h-e-doublehockeysticks is!
