    Good Wednesday Everyone!

    I was surprised not to see roll call posted yet but I'm more than happy to start the thread.

    Hubby decided to join me on the WOE (his more than second time as well) He usually does when he sees how good I feel, that I've lost weight, and he just got on the scale. He doesn't have much to lose, either, but isn't happy with himself. He and I are in the same boat.

    I'm sore from Zumba class yesterday. It was my first time and what a blast! I'm off to the treadmill right now to run. We will see how far I go!

    Re-read DANDR yesterday preparing for first rung of OWL next week. Owl is where I have stumbled in the past and I really want to get it right.

    I'm here... I was lurkign earlier and there was no thread started and I didn't start one... oh well, thanks for getting the ball rolling!

    I'm here... in the doldrums a little today...

    Laundry to be done... and vacuuming today...

        Well Sham, nothing you can do except pick yourself up, brush yourself off and start again. Today is a new day!!!

        As for me, I'm hanging in there. Feeling better and staying on the program.

            male/35/295/250/175? Weight loss is no longer my primary goal. Getting to the point where I no longer feel like h-e-doublehockeysticks is!

                Pugs - Great that your hubbby is joining you, it think it would be awesome to do it with a partner. My hubby is one of those fortunate ones that can eat whatever he wants and never gain an ounce, no chance he'll ever give up his carbs.

                Hi to Polar, Oz & Earl & Welcome New Life!!!

                I'm here, on plan and so excited that we are leaving on our first camping trip of the year tomorrow as soon as the kids get home from school. Got lots of low carb goodies already made, turkey salad, cucumber salad, deviled eggs, cheese cake for Easter desert is in the oven.

                In addition we have a busy time planned, had to cut the vacation short because the kids lost all but Friday & Monday of their spring break due to the weather this winter. So in 4 days time we will be geocaching, horseback riding, kayaking, fishing, flying kites and doing a flashlight Easter egg hunt. So hopefully I won't even notice that I'm NOT packing the scale, lol. Have a great evening, weekend and Happy Easter if I don't get to check in tomorrow before we leave!
                1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
                2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
                3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
                Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

                  Barb Congrats on ONEDERLAND!! That is awesome. I know how frustrating a few lbs can be when they WONT MOVE> LOL. Well, I too had a little wooshie this past weekend. I even got compliments today at work from several people. It felt great. I have been on plan and doing good. Tried a new cabbage roll recipe with cauliflower instead of rice and it was not so good. But I tried. Hope you all have a great evening.

                    Hey guys. I am here checking in. Barb congrats on hitting the ones, that is good stuff! As for me, I went off plan and paid for it. I got a small iced coffee from McDonald's. I finished it and as soon as I did about 5 minutes later I felt sick.

                    Well when I got home the coffee came right back up, and I was stuck most of the day with a nasty nauseating feeling all day. I finally got down some chicken and some broccoli tonight. I feel a little better but I am never drinking that coffee again!
