    Good morning STACer's! Yes thank goodness it is Friday~it has been a loooong week for me. The sunshine is glorious & I'm hoping to get outside after work & bask in it. I'm going to sit in my lawn chair & read a book. Perfect way to end the week.

    Good morning everyone! I haven't checked in in a couple of weeks. I've really struggled the last couple of weeks. Somehow, I got hooked on sugar free candy. I can't eat just one. If I have them, I finish off the whole bag. Anyway, I finally got them out of my diet and am back on track. It's funny how adding just one bad thing will stop your weight loss. Now that I am back off of the candy, I have started losing again!!

      Hello all, here and on track!!
      male/35/295/250/175? Weight loss is no longer my primary goal. Getting to the point where I no longer feel like h-e-doublehockeysticks is!

        Glad you were able to get the candies out of your life Scott. What a perfect example of why we need to introduce each and every food item through OWL...

          Scott, I know what you mean about the sugar free candy -- I do allow myself a piece every now and then, but I could eat the whole bag without giving it a second thought!

          Hello Earl and Kntrylady!

          I am doing fabulous! Had to get started early this morning with work, but had time to scramble some eggs and cook some sausage for breakfast.

          Got home in time for lunch and cooked some thin rib eye steak and green beans! Yummo!!!

          I'll probably make hamburger patties and a nice big salad for dinner.

          Am excited for Easter -- gonna have ham, green beans and salad. Oh, and some deviled egg, of course!

          I hope everybody has a wonderful holiday weekend!

            Hey everyone! Doing good here. So far rung 4 is going well. So that's about 35 net carbs that I'm eating. I hope I continue to lose weight! I don't know why this time Atkins is easier to do than before, but I'm sure going to run with it!

              I had ONE perogie yesterday... checked the box for carb count, 4 carbs per perogie.. I thought, sure, I can have it... I gained a pound this morning... GRRR. No more slip ups.
