      Hey everyone! I'm happy my scale is moving in the down direction! I am at 159.5 1lb away from my second goal of 159! I'm thinking by next week at the latest I'll be at my 2nd goal, shooting for my third. So far so good.

        Hi Everyone.
        I haven't been here since January. My weight is still the same...176. I had started low carb and my Dr. told me to increase my carbs to 50. When I did, I lost all control and gained back the 10 lbs. I lost. I'm back, and I'm back for good. I know that low carb works for me, yet I continue to search for alternatives. I hadn't done the induction phase last time, because I can't be so strict. I know I'll fail. I can stop the sugars in a heartbeat, so that is where I will start again. This time next month, I will weigh 165. Now, I have to go find my journal and update that.

          Good Morning Everyone !!
          I hope everyone had a successful Easter Weekend.
          The sun and clouds are arguing for space outside right now,
          so I'm gong to get out there before the rain/sleet starts.
          I'm behaving on plan, but need to get this body moving.

            I got to sleep in today -- it's my day off -- now I'm starving, so I'm gonna go make some bacon and eggs. Yum....

              I"m here and was planning on moving on to rung 1 but the scale didn't move this week. One more week of induction and then we will see.

                I broke a tooth yesterday. Thankfully it already had a root canal and didn't hurt. I'll have to get a new post and crown. Sigh... At least I'm on plan, Yeah.... My arches are falling. I have new supports and they are helping. Here I am nag, complain, I am accually good in spite of it all.

                  Welcome back Odirish!

                  Sorry about the tooth and the arches teresagiegler,but glad that you and everyone else is here today.

                  Just returned from our first camping trip of the year today, had a great time, the weather couldn't have been better stayed on plan, although I don't think I got enough water in any single day.

                  Went horseback riding for the first time in about 20 years on Friday, and happy to say I didn't fall off, and managed to get on on my first try without anyone having to boost my butt (that was a big fear of mine going into it), lol. Here's a couple of pics to commenmorate my day, 1st pic me behind 16 yo son getting ready to start the ride, 2nd pic is my in front of 15 yo son heading back in, it was a great day.

                  1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
                  2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
                  3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
                  Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

                  Current Mini Goals:
                  1) 35 pounds lost
                  2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
                  3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

                    hello Think I'll just jump on in if that's okay I just started Atkins again today and am looking forward to getting to know everyone I lost 100 lbs. on atkins the first time around and then gained it back *plus some* I will weigh tomorrow and begin my new life journey I live in Oklahoma and it's nice to meet everyone *waves*
