    Hi Karyn - good for staying on track.

    I'm the 3rd time round doing Atkins. And just finished the 1st week of Induction. I'm on plan as well, weight loss is motivating.

      Hello, still around but fell off the wagon at Easter and am having a hard time of it...but not giving up...

        Good morning everybody -- not much activity here lately -- I'm on week 2 of induction and have lost 7 pounds so far. Sitting here eating breakfast -- steak and eggs -- yummm.....

        It's really windy here in southern Calif!

          Congrats on the 7 pounds Tamster

          Here on plan, still up a tad, gotta push the water. Have a great day all!
          1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
          2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
          3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
          Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

          2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
          3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

            Welcome Swiss Miss, sounds like you are doing everything as you should...

            guekjian, You can do it and we are here for you (How about pulling out fat clothes and put them where you see them, asking if you want to fit back into them any time soon?)

            Tammy, Congrats on the 7 lb loss Sorry, but I'm glad you've got the wind this time... I've been dealing with it for a week up here, but today is Sunny and calm

                AWESOME job to those who have lost and everyone that's staying OP!! It's so motivating to see other people getting through together

                i started walking today..not far, maybe 3/4 of a mile, but I'm starting slow and working up...and stayed OP today too woohoo

                quit drinking diet d.p. last night and had a migrane so bad I threw up....this is normal for detoxing off of the d.p. but never fun. I hope I never forget how awful that is to go through. Hope everyone had a fantastic day!

                  I think I'm going to post the roll call for Thursday. I couldn't get on yesterday, but I steered off plan for dinner. I had a slice of pizza. No cravings, so I'll take that as a lesson learned and not to push my luck. I was scared I undid all my hard work. Luckily the one slice of pizza was no where near my net carbs I'm allowed to eat so maybe that's why I didn't immediately gain.
