    Good morning STACer's! Figured I get this party started this AM.

    Just got back from work~got called in. Having some bacon & eggs & a cup of coffee. DH & I will head out for a walk shortly. Then I'm off to the sewing room to start some summer dresses for the kidlets.

    Checkin' in - doing good today. Still on Plan. I worked out for an hour today and it felt so good.

      My morning consisted of turkey breakfast sausage and 2 eggs
      I had roast beef for lunch
      and a little while ago, I had a taste of tuna salad. I haven't been hungry though. I have been nauseous Sat. and Sun. Yesterday I went to bed with a migraine. I haven't had one of them for about 8 years. They are horrible.

        Hey everyone! Day 5 here and still doing well. A bit tired, but nothing a cup of iced tea can't cure. I'm loving the feeling of not being bloated, it's lovely, and I'm feeling full most of the time--not fantasizing about food I can't have, because I can have whatever I want!

        So far, today I've had 3 cups of english breakfast tea with SF vanilla syrup (1/2 svg each cup), 2 eggs w/.5 oz hvy cream, 1/4 LC chili and 1 oz cheese--that was breakfast. For lunch, I had 1 cup lettuce, some chicken, 1/2 oz cheddar cheese and 1/2 tbsp italian dressing. That makes 8.43 carbs thus far. I'm hoping to do double doubles for the family tonight, minus the bun and thousand island for me, and PLUS lots of lettuce, and some tomato and onion. Yum!

          sounds like everyone is doing good! I had a low carb carls jr. burger which says 7 carbs but what do y'all think?
          I think it's probably more but i asked them for no ketchup. Anyway I'm just not hungry so i'll probably eat a little brocolli later and call it a day.
          One tough thing for me today was saying NO WAY to the new mcdonalds frapp...but i just ordered my daughters meal and went on with the day.
          ok, one cool thing and I'll shut up but I bought some size 18 shorts today to be 'goal' shorts but i guess they make 'em big because they fit so I guess when I go back I'll get some 16's for my next mini goal cool beans. have a good day tomorrow!

            I think it is 7 carbs, seems like about half coming from the lettuce, tomato and onion, and half from the cheese, mayo and mustard. They don't serve it with ketchup, so no worries there.

              Here and on plan. Although I can't figure out why getting my water in has become such a chore lately, don't think I've gotten it all in for about two weeks.
