    Hey STAC!!
    Good Morning.
    Here and on plan. Only got one serving in of veggies yesterday . This ball park thing is kicking my behind. I think its time to make a big casserole again so I can cram in some veggies that way. Lunch I got down pat. It's dinner when I am trying to feed 2 hungry kiddos and make it to the ball park ...all with whats in the cabinet because I am totally broke. Ok, I guess I need to get off the computer and go cook some veggies and put in some containers in the fridge. I hope you all are doing great and have an awesome blessed LC day.

      Hi guys *waves* Yesterday we got a boat and on the way home we stopped by buffalo wild wings. I'm a dummy and got the boneless wings then realized on the way home that they are breaded so hubby has wings for breakfast but my reward for not eating them is that I lost another pound so I've lost ten pounds now!!! i wish i could bottle up this feeling
      Maybe with the probability of having to be in a swimming suit will help me stay on track all summer

        I'm here, still going strong...even if it is only day 2. Forgot that tomato juice cocktail is not Induction friendly! Found that out when I plugged into my FitDay calculator and it came up with 13 carbs all by it's lonesome!!!! Guess what, no tomato juice today (or tomorrow, or the day after that or....) I haven't forgotten much about Atkins, but sometimes the details slip past.

        Need to get the book again, sold all my Atkins stuff at a yard sale when I was told I had ridiculously high tryglicerides (2700). But the diabetic diet had too many things that kept me craving and the $300 a month diet they mail to you only has two things that are palatable (exaggeration, but it's not very appetizing). So, back to Atkins. If I can get the sugar and carb cravings under control, I should be able to do okay, and hopefully reduce those tryglicerides too!

          Hey guys, I'm here but I wasn't on plan today. I had a very small slice of cake for a co-workers birthday. It was very sweet (super super sweet). Luckily I didn't have any cravings afterwords. I will be back on plan tomorrow.
