    Wow! I can't believe I'm first. Got a busy day so thought I'd get my roll call in. Didn't expect to be first. Day three and I'm doing fine! Happy Atkinsing to all my fellow STACers! And DRINK MORE WATER!

    Mini Goal #1: 210lbs - so I'm back where I was last time I saw my doctor.
    Mini Goal #2: 199lbs - ONEderland!
    Mini Goal #3: Off diabetes meds!

    Here and on plan, nothing much happening, still struggling to get all my water down, so I'll follow bykerdruid's advice. Have a great day all!
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      Happy hump day everyone...I am on plan and going absolutely crazy with this translation of recipes I am working on. FOOD FOOD FOOD non stop since last saturday...and none of it Atkins friendly...AND this is for a diet plan which shall remain nameless...Anyhow, sticking to the plan and feeling like next tuesday's weigh-in will see me at my next mini-goal...That's what keeps me going...Take care all...be good to yourselves...

        I need to go thru my own stack and either modify or throw away my recipe cards. No, I'll just reorganize into Atkins and NOT. I do cook for non Atkinsers sometimes.

        Ultimate Goal = To feel good in my own skin. I'll know when I get there. It might be before or after 140 lb.

          Hey all! Just got back from the gym and am having some venison and a salad for lunch.

          Barb.....good luck with the water. I just keep a big cup on my desk and sip it throughtout the day. Heck, I kill 2 44-ounce cups full while I'm at work.

            Hi All!!

            I thought I would wait a couple of weeks before coming back to STAC as you may groan and think 'here we go again' after my hit and miss attempts over the last few months!

            Anyway, I really am back and doing well. The weight is dropping. I am enjoying the food and the exercise. Currently doing the couch to 5K running program (get running on iPhone) and it is brilliant. I highly recommend it.

              Good afternoon! Well I'm on day 14 of Induction and feel GREAT! I lost 7.5 pounds and a lot of inches. I haven't had time to measure yet but I can tell. I'll probably do extended induction for another 2 weeks then start OWL. Hope everyone is having a great day!

                I haven't been on since Easter... I've only gained four pounds but it feels like 80... :/

                I'll see you guys in the morning to kick my own @ss back in shape.
