    Good morning STACer's! It is tax day~have you filed your taxes? I got mine in the mail yesterday.

    Off to work this AM but would much rather stay home. Will take a walk this afternoon either outside or on the treadmill. Hoping for outside but it will depend on when I get out of work.

    Have a great low carb day & remember to be kind to yourself!

    Bright and early morning to you! Got my taxes done the easy way, paid someone to do them. Upside is I haven't had to pay in to the Fed or State since going to them, and my State refund covers the bill while the Fed refund is all mine! Not alot, but better than paying in!

    Not looking forward to today, but some things just have to be done. Get a molar pulled at noon. What a way to celebrate tax day. And 16 years with my job. But I'll be glad in the long run.

    On the GOOD side! I was only going to weigh on Mondays (I'm a scaleaholic) but I just had to and I've lost 3 pounds in 4 days! Water weight, body fluxuation, call it what you will, it's three pounds less than Monday morning! And my blood sugar was down to 125 before supper last night and was still as low as 147 this morning! That's down from the average which hovered around 200 and often 250 before Metformin, Cinnamon, D3 and I can't remember how many other sugar lowering drugs/supplements STILL only got me down to 170. Tell ME Atkins doesn't work.

      Great news Bykerdruid! I try to keep off the scale too, but some mornings, I just feel "skinny" and have to get on to validate...hee hee...like that makes any difference!
      Sunny and COLD this morning but I don't mind...seeing the sunshine makes me happy! On plan and feeling good!

        Good Morning, On plan but PMS is a *&(&^&**! Retaining fluid and just so dang p'od that I have a 21 day cycle which is completely throwing my whole life off. I have 7 days a month of feeling normal. I might jump off a bridge. If I don't i'll check in later

          Here and on plan, sitting at equal to my lowest weight, hope that means I'm due for a loss in the next day or so. Trying to convince hubby to make me some bacon and eggs since I'm supposed to be working rather than posting. He said he would, but all I hear is him and the puppy growling at each other, I guess breakfast must wait until after puppy play, lol.....
          1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
          2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
          3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
          Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

            I went to the gym this morning, tanning, and then a low-carb breakfast.

                Hey guys! So far so good today. I'm back after my small slice of cake on Tuesday. I'm down to 156. I'm very happy about that. I'm ready to go to Rung 6. I've experimented with Bud light lime yesterday. I think that's going to be the extent of my alcohol consumption.

                  I just realized I think that I am the heaviest one that posts...but oh, well that will just put more motivation in my pocket.

                  I joined the gym and began today, now I can't use the excuse of rain, wind, too hot or too cold And I tanned so that felt good

                  Just haven't been hungry at all and I'm not going to force myself to eat so I've had a cup of brocolli with a little cheese on the top so far today...It's been such a stressfull and busy day that I just forget to eat (I LOVE that I forget to eat!)
