    Good afternoon STACer's.

    Hope everyone is enjoying their day. It's been a decent day for a Monday.

    I'm here and sticking to plan, nothing else much to report. Hope everybody had a great day
    1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
    2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
    3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
    Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

    Current Mini Goals:
    1) 35 pounds lost
    2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
    3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

      Sticking to plan as well. Hoping to drop at least one lb this week, but we'll see! I'll take whatever I get, I'm just glad that I'm eating so healthy!
