Morning Oz and my fellow STACers! We're starting bright and early today! Hope everyone is starting off with a big Atkins-friendly breakfast! I'm having bacon and eggs and I think some coffee this morning.
Having a great day, weighed in several days early (sometimes I become a compulsive weigher, I really have to watch myself), but I was 2.5 lbs down in 3 days!

I'm doing well and am down another pound from my low after being up & down over the last month.
Feeling good and am pulling old clothes outta the closet that I haven't worn in years (most jeans/shorts). I'm ready for summer, bring it on!!!

Morning everybody. Been having trouble logging onto the internet at work so I haven't been keeping up with the daily roll call. But I've been keeping up with Atkins. Had a minor hitch last night, put bbq sauce on my ribs. Raised the BG a little, but not dangerously. And I did try to keep it minimal. Fortunately, Dinks BBQ only rolls around once in a great while cause it ain't cheap. Stayed away from the baked beans, potato salad and grilled hoagie buns! Yay me.
Got my BG down to nigh on normal with Atkins, now I'm using Atkins to determine what I can and can't have for the pancreatitis. I've had some minor flareups I'm trying to isolate. Today, I removed the yolk from my boiled egg but ate the sausage. So far, no pain. Try again tomorrow with bacon. If I hurt then, I'll cut the bacon but add back the egg yolk and see what happens. Atkins helps with so much more than pounds!
Drink more water!

Hi Everyone.... I've been back for a couple of days (from Vacation) and decided it's about time I started checking in here again.
Welcome to all the new faces that showed up while I was gone (other that PolarBear and Oz), it's nice to see both the new and old.

Ugh, I haven't weighed myself for the last 10 days or so due to TOM but now that its started I am tempted to weigh. However I am worried because I didn't do a great job over the weekend while I was away, didn't cheat just had too much of new additions in OWL. Ugh. Maybe a good run in the morning and another day to shed my bloat will do me some good! Lol. Wish me luck! Off to bed with me...finally. I am such a night owl!!!

New to Atkins but not new to dieting and happy I made the switch from lowcal/lowfat to low carb! I am not starving anymore!
