    WOW... How did this happen that I'm starting the thread this morning ?

    I'm on track and heading out to do some serious yard work before the rains come back this weekend.

    240 (nice round number)-Yippee 238.5 on 11-16-09
    226 (where I was when I fell off the wagon) - 01-03-10

    It's Friday, well. . . actually it's Wednesday, but it's my Friday and a half day at that! Doing great this week, need to keep up the motivation and good outlook that I have had all week.

      Here and on plan and happy to report that my scale has moved more these first 5 days of May then it did for all of April. I'm caustiously optimistic that things might be moving again for me. Have a great day!
      1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
      2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
      3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
      Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight

      1) 35 pounds lost
      2) 40 pounds lost to move to Rung 5
      3) 45 pounds lost to update 15 pound loss picture series

        Hey STACers! The scale hasn't been moving for me, but I'm ok with that. I'll need to measure to see if I'm losing inches at all. Tomorrow maybe. For today, I'm optimistic. Just got home from the store with tons of frozen veggies, cheeses for quiche and eggs, amongst other things! Yeah!

          Hi all. I am in the middle of moving and have been staying on plan. I have been eating out more but am not cheating. Does anyone know if hollandase sause is allowed? They have it on the menu at IHOP but I have been asking to leave it off. I think it is mayo made with lemon and butter insted of viniger and oil.
          We are in this together.

            I think that most hollandaise is made with egg yolk, lemon juice and butter. I would be afraid that they add something else in, maybe ask them how they make it?

            And BTW, I'm a military brat but my family is originally from Lockhart, TX just down the road from Austin. One of my motivators is a family reunion type deal in Austin in August. Wish I was there now, I miss Texas soooo much.
