    Noon on Saturday, and everything is going smooth.

    I'm checking in to say I'm on track and staying outside pulling weeds like a mad woman. My fingers are sooooo sore. All the muscles you find after a long winter

    Hey guys, doing good today. We're going to a bbq tonight so lots of grilled meat is on the menu. I'm bringing a salad as a potluck side dish. I like salad with onions, and garlic thinly sliced. Most salads have carrots and I hate carrots so I am bringing my own.

        Woooohoooooo Sham! Go you!

        I'm at family's house today, and woke up to a 1 lb loss, which was great---but I'm weighing on a different scale, so who knows?

        So far I'm doing ok for not having brought my own food, had a LC lettuce wrap burger with mayo, cheese, double meat and veggies on it. It was great. I'm drinking diet coke today, which is not normal for me, but the reality is I'm going to have a stall after this weekend anyway because Sky (my 11yo) is making a cake for me, and her two grandma's for mother's day, and I'm committed to having a piece. I hate to lose my 1 lb loss, but such is the life of a mom. Cake doesn't even sound good. Taking one for the team here. LOL

          Had to work all day today. Logged all my food into The Daily Plate. My carbs are currently at 13 for the day but I'm looking at my calories and they still seem so high. There is that mental block that screams calories, calories, calories! Eventually I will get used to it, I know I will.

          Hope everyone has a great Saturday and hope you're not working like I am!

            I'm here, just doing what I do and waiting for the scale to move again, it eventually does always, so I march on................
            1st Goal ~ 199 Onderland -Met 3/29/10
            2nd Goal ~ 174 No longer obese
            3rd Goal ~ 150 In the home stretch
            Final Goal ~ 145 or below (I'll know when I get there) No longer overweight
