      I cheated today. So here was the situation: At work, middle of the afternoon and I'm starving! I don't have any more food with me because I've already eaten. My boss keeps snacks in his drawer for us, and so I go searching. . . sometimes he has beef jerky in there, that would be okay, not great but definitely better than something out of the vending machine. Nope, no beef jerky. . . ah, but there are some dry roasted peanuts. I'm not at the point where I can have nuts though, but once again much better than breaking down and getting something from the vending machine. So I ate the peanuts, and for me it was a triumph. I could have just said what the heck and gone for the crackers or poptarts, but I searched out something that I would at least feel okay with.

      Hope everybody had a much better day than I did.
      I WILL learn to feel comfortable in my own body again!
