    This is too easy

    Happy Thanksgiving everyone. I am new to the board, started the diet on October 20, 2003 and as of today Thanksgiving day i have lost 25 pounds of fat!!!!!! I feel great and have only just begun! I have approximately 75 pounds to go but now i know I CAN do it. This is too easy!!!!!! San :angel
