Im a 20 year old male and 6' tall.
I weighed 210 when I started the diet on Aug 28th.
As of today, I weigh 165 lbs!
Im still not where I want to be though, but this was a FAR REACHING goal I never thought I would get to in the first place.
I basically followed the Induction to the T, then after the 2 weeks, added things like sugar free pudding, low-carb candies, etc... and kept my carb intake from 20-40 grams.
Once I get to around 155, I will start adding whole wheat pasta and breads to my diet.
