I started atkins on 5th nov. 2003 and have stayed on induction for 5 weeks now.So far i have lost 14lbs, and I am planning to stay on induction until I have lost quite a lot more, as i have 50lbs more to lose.I have been looking around this site and gaining lots of inspiration from everyone.

Before my first cheat?
Three weeks. I pretty much stuck to Induction except for Christmas, my birthday, and visits to Wisconsin to see my boyfriend. I did a modified Induction starting around summertime. Now I tend to eat mostly Induction with some forays up OWL and I now eat some of the controlled carb products.
I'm not losing, nor gaining, and I'm happy with my food choices. Not everyone would be, but that's the great thing about this way of eating - you can change it to suit you.
