I have lost 12 pounds 
I am so excited! I love this WOE!!! I did a very strict induction, and was planning on staying on induction, until some cruel, cruel man introduced me to sugar free chocolate
Anyway, I have been steadily losing 2 pounds a week, so I am happy. I don't feel like this has hindered me at all! Yeah!! I just wanted to share about my loss !!
