  • 4 months after goal met...

    I started Atkins in late August 2003 by the end of October I had lost almost 30lbs and dropped from a size 16 to a 10! Now it is February I made it through these months eating what I want but still trying to keep the carbs down havent gained a pound yet! Also, As of the New Year I did start exercising on my Gazelle to help with those cheat days.

    That is so great to hear! You lost nearly 30 pounds in such a short period of time! Wow! Glad to hear you've managed to maintain it now too for a while. I want to lose around 30 by the end of May or June so it *is* possible for some people. Here's hoping I'm one of them

      Yay! Congrats on keeping it off for 4 months. I'm only one month past goal and hope I can keep it off long term. Actually, I'm more afraid I'll wake up and still be fat..

        Congrats!!

        I am right there with ya. I made goal on Halloween and have not gained a pound of it back. Yippee!!!!!!!!!!

          That is fantastic.

          Could you post a typical Atkins day's menu for me? I am trying on wedding dresses in two weeks time and really want to shed some pounds before then (and of course the wedding!)
