    Yippee! 31 gone

    I'm Happy, 31 pounds gone since starting on jan 2nd? is this fast or slow? only about 69 more to go, 1/3 the way to goal
    M - 22
    2004 - 2005ish - SW:305, GW:180, Stop Weight:200, Low Weight:195
    Late 2005 - 2006 - Restart Weight:240ish, GW:180, Stop weight: mid 230's?
    Present (200 - Restart Weight:227, GW:180

    LOTR CHALLENGE! My journey from Hobbiton to Mt. Doom
    1.29/458 miles:Hobbiton to Rivendell.
    0/462 miles: Rivendell to Lothlorien.
    0/389 miles: Lothlorien to Rauros Falls.

    That's great, Ben! Not too fast IMO. Suggest that you stay on Induction until you stall (3 or more weeks with no loss in weight/inches) or you get to within 20 lbs of your goal weight - whichever comes first.

      Hiya! Way to Lose! About fast or slow... Mine comes off at this point at about 1-2 pounds a week.. so compared to me, you rock! Some men seem to lose more quickly, which is fantastic for you. Keep doin' whateva you are doin'.. :icondance :icondance :icondance
