3 weeks on Atkins

Ive been on Atkins for 3 weeks now and have lost 17lbs. The other day at work, my bosses wife said she noticed I was losing weight because my scrubs (I work in a dentist office) were getting baggier and my face is getting thinner. It felt so good to have someone notice. My top was so baggy on my yesterday that I had to go down to a smaller scrub top that was tight on me when I bought it 8 months ago. I never wore it, just threw it in the back of my closet.....Im so excited. It is a better feeling knowing something is too big for you than being too small!!!!! I feel great!!!

I know the feeling about the scrubs(Im a vet tech), I've lost 17lbs so far and my scrub bottoms are getting alot looser not to mention my undershirts.
