    It's so much easier to stick with the diet once you've read these success stories, I think everyone should read them! I had a little question. If I work out for about 2 hours a day, aerobic and weight lifting, stuff like that, and really stick to the atkins diet is it very possible to lose 20 lbs by July??

    From what I have been reading in other posts, it depends on each person, and how their body handles weight loss! Best of luck to you on meeting your goal!!!
