I started April 6, 2003 - I lost 80 pounds between then and August of 2003 - then I got back on for Sept/Oct and the holidays took a big hit - got back in with a clean induction in February - and have been clean ever since. I sound like a junkie.

I started on February 7, and am down 33 lbs. I am within 6 lbs of my initial goal, and 15-20 lbs of my overall goal.

I started on Jan 19, 2004 and have lost 47 pounds. Once you change your kitchen over to the "right" mode, it's pretty easy, and coming up with the recipes can be really fun sometimes!

I've been on this WOE since Jan 5th,04 -- and have lost 25 lbs. I started out with approximately 40 lbs to lose so I do lose slower than others but it is coming off at a respectable rate!

I took me about 9 months to drop from 27% bodyfat to about 10% bodyfat.
Its taken me about 8 more months to build muscle and to drop to about 8% bodyfat....

                        Hello,

I have been on induction for about 3 weeks now. So far I have lost 10lbs. My goal was to originally lose 20 lbs, but the way things are going I think I will go for 30 lbs :icondance . I am 5'5" 153 starting weight, 143 current weight. New goal is 120. I am so excited!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                              Need Advice, please

These success stories are phenomenal! During your 8,10 months, did any of you ever "stumble"? After doing a 14 day clean induction, I gave into 2 slender slices of ice cream cake. I had lost 12lbs and had planned to stay on induction for at least a month. At least, this time, I didn't let this take me over the deep end and just attack carbs. Previously, my rationale would be, "well, I messed up, might as well make it worth it ". I did resume this morning, but do I have to redo induction or just continue with OWL? Will my weight loss stall? I am a little disapointed, right now. I had also finally made it back to the gym and was getting in my 64oz of water.

Where do I go from here? ensive and :help
