  • I messed up

    I just started this diet two days ago and had an adverse reaction to the carbless diet because my stomach started hurting really badly so I had some tea and crackers to settle my very sour stomach. But tomorrow is a new day and I will start this diet over because i am better than that and I can do this.


    SW= 265 ish

    CW= 251

    GW= 125

    Oh not to worry, stuff happens, as long as you didn't go binge because you thought, well since I had these crackers so I might as well have whatever. And congrats on climbing back up on the horse! Haha I remember one time when I was starting my diet after a week of cheating I completely spaced and went to eat a piece of sushi. After I put it in my mouth I realized what I had done so I ran and spit it out. So keep at it and you'll be in the swing of things in no time!
    Starting Weight (01/22/06)-235
    Current Weight (06/27/07)-205
    Goal Weight- 175 (Hopefully by 10/29/07)
