I started on Atkins last week and after 7 days have lost an amazing 8lbs - I din't expect to lose so much. I have about 61lbs to lose and think I can maybe do it on this but the thing that's worrying me most is that I get bad PMT and syugar cravings just before my menses. I'm terrified that I ruin all my good work so far by having a blow out when I'm feeling bad at this time of the month.
Does anyone else experience this? If so how do you get past it and overcome it to make the diet a success? I'd really appreciate some help on this
