I joined this forum about 2 months ago and was really gung ho to lose 30lbs. I have lost and gained because I came off Atkins :nono and let life's stressors get in the way of my personal success.
I need help :help.
Now I am back and determined to lose this weight before Christmas 2004. I have been following the induction plan for one week and have only lost 1.4lbs, mostly because I have been cheating. What carbs can I have on the induction plan, do I eat six small meals or three meals a day, I also started to work out three times a week.
Please someone help me get through induction successfully and continue on OWL so that I can be a success story and feel better about myself. I am desperate
