Today is my 2 month anniversary on Atkins. I have remained on induction phase as I have a lot to lose. BUT the good news is that I have lost 21 pounds and 18.5 inches.
I really don't want to be in any kind of race but I had my heart set on 20 pounds in 2 months, just a motivation thang I guess. I am so happy I did it but still find it very hard to believe. This WOE rocks!!
