So far I have lost 10 lbs. I started on Tuseday of this week. It only took 3 full days to lose 10 lbs. I am so excited. I didnt think people could notice a change in someone body in just 3 days. My pants are already lose, espically on my legs and butt. And my stomache is smaller too. Thats how I know its not water weight. My sister and my friend started noticing before I ever said anything. Im going to continue my plan and hopefully get to 155-160 by the end of the mounth. I started at 180, and now Im 170.

It's fantastic that you're seeing results this quickly - it does feel great, doesn't it? Just remember though that the weight loss will slow down to a more reasonable rate - induction just gives you a real jump start but even if you were to stay on induction the rate would slow. You won't continue to lose 10 lbs every three days - if it were THAT easy we'd all be at goal in a month!Female

That's excellent. Please don't expect miracles though. You'll keep losing, but don't be upset if you don't reach your goal in a month. It starts fast and drops a little, but the important thing is that you keep losing. Good work so far. :waveF/30
