  • SOOOOOO Excited!

I have been on and off Atkins since November of 2003. I lost and then gained back when I went off the WOL for two months :sadblinky . In April I went on vacation and didn't have any pants that fit. I decided enough was enough and started back on PERMANETLY! While I haven't lost weight as fast as I did the first timeS, I have lost a pretty good amount! In April I started at 233 :yikes and this morning when I weighed myself I was at 202.5!!!! :joy Whoooppeeeee! My pants that I put on this morning are ridiculously too big- but I don't have any that fit!!!!!! I love this! I have never told anyone around me how much I weigh, but this morning I couldn't hold out any longer, I ran in to tell my boyfriend what the scale said!
I get a lot of grief about this WOL and a lot of "Oh, one bite wont hurt you" (I come from a very happy but hungry family of 9). Last night as a treat I even bought myself some low carb ice cream- but couldn't eat more then three bites! It was just too sweet for me, I realized then that all I really had wanted was a glass of ice water. This is great- and I love this site- my favorite thing to do is scroll through peoples posts and see their starting, current, and goal weight... that is the best motivation out there!
Next mini goal: To be under the 200's by next week, and stay out forever!!!!

    Starting AGAIN 1/12/08
    High: 265 (Size 22/24)
    Start: 237 (Size 20/22)
    Current: 227.5
Goal: 150 by my wedding! (7/11/2009)

Last Time: 174.5 (Size 14/16)- I CAN DO IT AGAIN!!!!!!
