I went through Boot Camp in the Air Force... that was enough for me!!

Well this boot camp is just as tough as any Air Force boot camp that's for sure...there's even push ups involved.

          Re: Feeling good about me!

So, are you trying to say the Air Force is wimpy? We did our running in combat boots and battle dress uniforms, did plenty of push ups, pull ups, etc... it was just a long long time ago. I gave it 20 years and have been retired from it for almost 10. The goal that I have set for myself is pretty optimistic... it's about the same weight that I graduated boot from, almost 30 years ago. But then, I was a lean mean fighting machine!

The sad part about that is that after boot camp, there wasn't any regular physical training at all. We had to do a mile and a half run once a year... and the pounds just crept up year by year.... same story for us all, right?

Hmmm...whipping??? Now that's just a little too much info Biogeek!! Are you enjoying it?

You guys are just too funny!

Original goal: Lose 30 lbs by Mar. 1st, 2006. I made it!!!

Calling it GOAL at this point. I'm happy with where I am now and hope to stay there, or maybe even take it down a little more.

Well, Rick...sounds like you might be a good candidate for ADBB boot camp!

As far as boot camp goes...yeah, I'm really enjoying it...SERIOUSLY!!!

            What's life without laughter?

I am on a different team in boot camp, but I do agree with the others, Rick.

I think you should check out the next boot camp, I bet you would enjoy it
